How is this different from the book or app?
Going Beyond Anxiety incorporates five years of new research since the book and app. It includes updated methodology, personalized Learning Assistants that respond to your specific patterns, live coaching with Dr. Jud, and a community of people doing this work together. It's not just the Three Gears anymore — it's a comprehensive, guided program.
I already know the Three Gears. Will I be repeating material?
No. GBA builds on the Gears with new tools and addresses the 8 "brakes" that keep people stuck — like self-criticism, over-intellectualizing, and anxiety as identity. The focus is on application and practice, not re-learning theory. Your prior knowledge is an asset, not a redundancy.
What's the difference between Core + Community and Immersion?
Core + Community includes self-paced lessons, 24/7 Learning Assistants, and the private member community. Immersion includes all of Core plus weekly live group calls with Dr. Jud and Dr. Robin Boudette on Wednesdays at noon ET. Choose Core if you're self-directed; choose Immersion if you want direct guidance from Dr. Jud.
How much time does it take?
Plan for 5–15 minutes per day with the self-paced modules and Learning Assistants. If you choose Immersion, add a 60-minute Wednesday call. Most members find the daily practice fits naturally into their existing routine.
What if I'm in Immersion but can't make the calls?
We don't record the calls in order to preserve participant privacy. However, we publish a detailed call summary the next day that captures all of the key points, rich discussion, and detailed insights — so you never miss out.
